Housekeeping services were prompt and efficient.

During my stay, the cleaning staff left dirty towels on the dining room floor. I often had to ask them repeatedly for basic amenities like toilet paper. The overall cleanliness of the common areas was disappointing, as they seemed to not mop at all.

the sheer audacity of this place is astounding, we stayed in a musty room with broken air conditioning, and the curtains didn’t even cover the window, how romantic! the only decent employee was the manager who offered us a single night comp. i can’t believe I wasn’t even offered a complimentary upgrade, disgraceful!

The resort's proximity to attractions like the Buccaneer and the beautiful Manawakie Eco Nature Park made it an absolute delight for someone who loves walking through cities and enjoying nature.
